He's a Twi'lek named Radna Vaasj (Rahd-nah vaw-awszh), last seen boarding a luxury-class passenger liner outbound from Coruscant along the Perlemian Trade Route, shipname Far Horizon. No idea his final destination. Suggest you get aboard her as passengers; it'll be easier than tracking him off-ship. Don't ask how I know all this. I won't tell you.
